Buying Guide
As ever, try to wait until things are on sale before you buy. You’ll want to save a bit extra and buy in a good location to make things easier to work with other players. Lago Zancudo is the best location, but others work equally well.

Lago Zancudo is the best location to buy.
Upgrades
As with any business you’ll want to upgrade ASAP. Staff first, then Equipment.
Activities
Doomsday Heist, Military Hardware, Orbital Cannon and the Avenger.
HOW IT WORKS
Quick Start
Once you buy your Facility, you’re able to use it straight away. You can purchase an Avenger once you’ve got the facility, and you may have chosen some upgrades which you can use right away, such as the Orbital Cannon.
You can also get started on the Doomsday Heist preps which can be done solo, but do note that if you want to get the bonus for doing them with order in the same team, you’ll want to set a regular group up ASAP for this.

The Facility gives you access to the Doomsday heists which are great money-makers, good for mixed teams, and will test your skills.
You also get access to the Avenger and advanced military hardware to use as part of Crew business.
QUICK NOTES
Facility Management
Registration
You’ll need to be a CEO or MC President; so if you are Soloing setups, stay as a CEO for Buzzard and no daily fees/attacks, move to an MC if you are getting help to give associates better pay.
Resupply
There are no stocks or supplies with a Facility.
You can get free Snacks from the front desk.
Selling
There’s nothing to sell from a Facility.

Profitability
Running Doomsday missions can be very profitable with a trustworthy team, especially as you move onwards to Bogdan and the higher level missions.
The Avenger will also help with air support on business sales for friends.
Parking
The Facility offers 7 traditional parking spaces, 5 spaces for the new Weaponized Vehicles, and additional space for the Avenger to be parked on display.
You can exit directly to the air in the Avenger.
Workshop/Other
Once you park your Avenger, you’ll be able to use the Facility Vehicle Workshop to upgrade this and other Weaponized Vehicles.
You also have the Orbital Cannon and Security Services, plus optional lounge, sleeping quarters etc.
